Chicken/Fish batter

Instructions

  1. Mix flour, baking powder and salt together.
  2. Add milk and water slowly and beat until batter is smooth.
  3. Dip fish or chicken into batter, let excess drip off.
  4. Deep fry.

Ingredients

1 cup (1 pouch) Good Measures all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup water
